How Hivemeld beta onboarding works
No self-serve signup, no fourteen-step wizard, no video to watch. Beta onboarding is a person setting up your first team with you. Here's exactly how it runs.
1. Request access
One form: who you are, where you work, which department hurts most. That's genuinely all we need to start — the rest happens on the call.
2. A person replies within a day
Not a sequence. Someone who runs the product writes back with timing and a setup slot. Beta workspaces onboard in small weekly batches so each one gets attention; if the next batch is full, you get a date, not a queue number.
3. The setup call
Thirty to forty-five minutes, screens shared. We connect your first team's tools over OAuth or paste-token, write the first guardrails together (spend caps, approval thresholds, flagged accounts), and run one real piece of work end to end so you see the log entry it produces. You leave knowing exactly what runs on its own and what stops for a person.
4. The first morning
Your team works overnight on whatever you pointed it at. The log is waiting: every action with its reason and evidence. Most teams reply with one correction ("don't touch anything from this partner") and one expansion ("can it also do our renewals?"). Both take minutes.
5. Week two and on
A short call in the first two weeks beats a hundred analytics events. Tell us what confused you or the log, and we fix the product — beta testers are setting the final shape and the final price. Add the next team when the first one earns it.
That's the whole program. Eight teams, one signup, no vapor: what's live and what's in development is marked on every page.
