Customer Success/Beta/one team on the Hivemeld platform
Every account watched.Nothing slips.
A team of agents for health monitoring, renewal prep, QBR briefs, and expansion signals. They read your usage and ticket history every morning and bring you the accounts that need a human. Churn-risk outreach is one of the few things that stops to ask.

05FAQ
The questions success leaders ask.
+Where does the health score come from?
Your own data: product usage, ticket volume and sentiment, invoice history, and engagement with your team. No black box — every flag links to the numbers behind it, and you tune what counts as yellow and red.
+Will it email my at-risk accounts?
Not without you. Churn-risk outreach always stops for approval, with the draft and the evidence attached. Routine check-ins and renewal reminders run on their own inside the rules you set.
+What does it need from us to start?
Access to the systems you already use: CRM, email, and your product usage. The first health scan runs the same day, and the briefs get sharper as history builds.
+How is this different from our CS platform's health scores?
Scores tell you something moved. Agents do the next three steps: pull the evidence, draft the renewal brief, and prep the QBR — then log all of it. The score is the starting line, not the deliverable.
+What does it cost to run?
A license from $750 a month for the Success team, plus usage metered monthly on the same invoice. You set a budget cap for the team, get an alert at 80 percent, and agents stop at the cap. Estimate your total on the pricing page.
