What We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the Hivemeld service: your email address, name, and account credentials. When you connect Discord, we store your bot token and guild ID to enable agent communication.

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and provide access to your dashboard
• To run AI agents on your behalf via the Claude API
• To store your agent configurations, backlogs, and wiki content
• To send you important account and service updates

What We Don't Do

• We never train AI models on your data
• We never sell or share your data with third parties
• We never access your Discord messages outside of agent operations

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Bot tokens are stored encrypted. We follow industry best practices for application security.

Data Retention

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the dashboard settings. We retain no data after account deletion.
