Watchers check every open deal against stage age, next steps, and close dates, then write the fix instead of filing a report. The forecast is rebuilt from activity, and every headline figure is a database aggregate rather than a model adding up rows. Salesforce and HubSpot are CSV import today, so the honest claim is that this runs on your CRM data, imported.

05FAQ
The questions RevOps leaders ask.
+Will it change my CRM records without asking?
For field-level hygiene, yes, and that is the job: next steps, stage ages, close dates, and exact-match duplicates. Each change keeps its old value in the log. Anything that moves a deal amount past your limit, or touches an account you flagged, stops and names the person it asked.
+Can I trust the numbers in the forecast?
Headline figures are computed as database aggregates and then shown, never summed by a model reading rows. That is a deliberate constraint: a model asked to add up a long list of deals will quietly drop some, and a wrong pipeline number is worse than none.
+Do you sync with Salesforce or HubSpot?
Not live, yet. Today you import your pipeline as CSV and the agents work on that data inside Hivemeld CRM. Two-way sync is in development. Until it ships, the claim on this page stays the narrow one: it works on your CRM data, imported.
+Who gets the weekly digest?
Whoever you point it at, usually each sales manager plus the RevOps lead. It covers what moved, what slipped with the activity behind it, what the agents fixed, and anything that stopped to ask.
+What does it cost to run?
A license from $750 a month for the RevOps team, plus usage metered monthly on the same invoice. Usage here scales with how many open opportunities are being watched. Estimate it on the pricing page.
