1. Acceptance

By using Hivemeld, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

Hivemeld provides a platform for deploying and managing autonomous AI agents. Agents execute tasks using AI models and communicate via Discord. You are responsible for the actions your agents take and the content they produce.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and bot tokens.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hivemeld to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt to access other users' data or agents
  • Overwhelm or abuse the AI API or Discord integrations

5. Beta Disclaimer

Hivemeld is currently in beta. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features during the beta period with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the content your agents produce. We own the Hivemeld platform and brand. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content as needed to provide the service.
