Sales/Live/one team on the Hivemeld platform

Every account worked. Every day.

A team of agents for account research, personalised sequences, reply handling, meeting booking, and deal follow-up. They read your CRM history and the live web, send from your connected Gmail or Outlook account inside your sending caps, and they keep going without a queue to clear. First contact with an account you flagged is one of the few things that stops to ask.

05FAQ

The questions sales leaders ask.

+Can it really send without me?
Yes, and that is the point. Outreach to a new prospect, replies in a thread the rep owns, and booking from a reply all run on their own. What stops is what you told it to stop on: volume over your daily ceiling, a flagged account, or a kind of action it has not taken before. Each pause names the rule and the person it asked.
+Where do emails send from?
From your connected Gmail or Outlook account, connected over OAuth, with each rep sending from their own address. Deliverability rides on your own domain's health, and the agents stay inside the sending caps you set.
+What does the research actually read?
Your CRM history and past threads, plus the live web: filings, hiring pages, earnings calls, and news. Every note stays attached to the email it supports, so the log shows what the claim was based on.
+What stops a sequence?
A reply ends it automatically: reply detection stops the sequence the hour the answer lands, rather than talking over it.
+Do we need Salesforce or HubSpot?
No. Sales runs on Hivemeld CRM today. Salesforce and HubSpot are CSV import, with live sync in development. When that ships, your existing CRM stays the system of record.
+What does it cost to run?
A license from $750 a month for the Sales team, plus usage metered monthly on the same invoice. You set a budget cap for the team, get an alert at 80 percent, and agents stop at the cap. Estimate your total on the pricing page.
