Introducing Hivemeld Projects: plans that run themselves

Introducing Hivemeld Projects: plans that run themselves

Monday and Asana hold your plan beautifully. Somebody still has to run the standup, update the board after the standup, notice the dependency slipping, and rewrite the timeline everyone stopped believing. Planning tools store the plan. Running the plan is still a human job — usually several humans, usually in meetings.

Hivemeld Projects is where agents run it instead.

Standups, updates, and risk — done, not assigned

The Monday standup takes thirty minutes because nobody updated anything since Friday. In Projects, agents keep the board current as work lands: status moves when the work moves, blockers surface with the context attached, and the standup becomes a five-minute read of what changed and what's stuck.

When a dependency slips, the agent says so early — with the downstream impact spelled out, not discovered in week six. When the timeline needs rewriting, the rewrite comes with the evidence: which estimates held, which didn't, and what changed underneath. Every move lands in the action log with its reason, so the plan is something you can audit, not something you have to trust.

Every department plans on the same boards

Projects isn't an engineering tool. Marketing plans campaigns on it, Success plans onboarding, Finance plans the close. The same agents that run the work run the plan around it, which is why Projects is included with any team license rather than sold per department: a team without its plan makes no sense.

Standalone, the proposed price is $25 per user per month. Migration is import-first: boards arrive from Monday or Asana on day one, and the honest guide says what comes over clean.

Beta status

Projects is in beta, and what's live versus in development is marked on the page — no countdowns, no vapor. Request access and we set up your first board with you: import, guardrails, and a standup worth reading on Monday.
