Introducing the Hivemeld Support team: answers cited to your docs
Support has two jobs and only one of them is answering tickets. The other is everything around the tickets: triage at midnight, routing with a reason, chasing the engineering answer, updating the help center article that caused three tickets this week, and building the self-serve path so the next hundred never get filed.
The Hivemeld Support team does both. Agents read overnight volume and route each case with the reason attached. Drafts come cited to your docs — article, section, quote — so a human approver checks the citation, not the prose. And the help center stops rotting: when the same question arrives twice, an agent drafts the update and files it for review.
Cited, not vibes
The failure mode of AI support is confident wrong answers. The guardrail is structural: drafts must cite the source they relied on, and anything without a citation goes to a person instead of the customer. You set which categories auto-send (order status, password resets, hours) and which always wait (refunds over your limit, anything legal-sounding, any account you flagged). The log shows every send with the citation and the rule that allowed it.
The queue shrinks two ways
Most support automation only answers faster. The team also files fewer: case themes roll up weekly into proposed help-center articles and self-serve flows, each with the ticket volume behind it. You approve the build; the agents write it, publish the draft for review, and watch whether the theme shrinks.
The Support team is in beta as the eighth Hivemeld team. Request access and we set it up with you: connect the helpdesk, point at the docs, write the first guardrails, and read the log together on day two.
